1. Please add Case Number — SP14-16 to the lower right hand corner of
each sheet.
2. Please provide and overall site plan which depicts the subject site in
relation to the Texan Trail, the existing overhead utility lines and the two
nearest warehouse buildings and the respective parking lots.
3. The equipment layout plan can be used as the base of an enlarged
site plan. In addition to the equipment layout, dimension the
underground vault, depict the landscape screening and label and
locate the additional above ground equipment.
4. Please provide an accurate depiction elevation view of the
transmission tower and the existing above ground equipment.
5. Please provide the scope of work and an existing antenna layout.
6. For verification purposes please email a PDF of the final revised
sheets to atriplett@grapevinetexas.gov prior to producing the final
copies.
The above comments must be reflected in the revised submittal,
which upon review, can be administratively approved. Please submit
the revised documents to the Department of Development Services at 200
South Main Street.
The revised submittal shall include:
two (2) unfolded, unbound blackline copies of each sheet, (minimum size
22" x 34")

This letter is to verify that your Site Plan Review application SP14-16 for property located at
1065 Texan Trail was approved per the attached revised site plan on November 19, 2014.
Please find enclosed an approved site plan set for your records.
No site plan approval shall be valid for a period longer than one (1) year from the date such
approval is issued, unless a building permit is issued and construction is actually begun within
that period, and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion or an occupancy permit is obtained
and a use commenced within that period. Approval of an application does not authorize any
work in conflict with any Codes or Ordinances of the City of Grapevine
Any changes to a site plan approved with a conditional use or a special use can only be
approved by city council through the public hearing process.
