The City Council of the Ci-ty of Grape`vine , decTares and fixes the above maximum speed 1� an e is ric ��.ngineer is hereby authorized to proceed with the erection of the appropriate si�s. SECTIOIJ 3. It is hereby declared that the construc�l;i.on project on State Hi�hway No. 121 has necessitated the enactment of this ordinance 'or the safety of those traversin� State Highway iJo. 121 in the City of a evine . t erefore� the above re ations shall be in e ec ter e passage o this ordinance and the erection of the proper signs; and� this shall remain in effeat until the completion and acceptance � of the said construction project by the Hi�hway District Engineer or until such time as the construction project has progressed to a stage whereby, in the opinion of the Highway District En�ineer, traff`ic rlay sa�fely travel tne consT.ruction projec�� or portions thereof� at the rate of speed posted prior to the construation. SECTIOiV 5.
