after reading the results of said election, that said council
approve and declare the above:elected for a two year term to
May 11 1951.

A motion was made by J.J.Daniel, seconded b.�/ J.P.6tarr Jr to
grant an -easement to the Brazos ver Transmission "lectioc
Cooperative, inc, providing the lines are at least 60 feet
above the disposal plant, and there are to be no poles or guy
wires placed on the City property, of the Oity of Grapevine, Tex.#
and authorizing,the Uity N_.ecretary to sign easement.
Motion carried.

A- motion was made by S. M. Payne, seconded by J,P.aitarr, Jr that
a motion made at regular meeting on April 8. 1949, instructing
the Qity -�ecretary to sign easement wto Broz-os ktiver iransmission
zleettic Copperative inc, to be ammendski as follows:
"It Is agreed that in -the event the ',�ity ofurapevine desires to
perform work on the plant that requires the use of a Drag line,
.crane or other similar equipment, tha Copperative will araage a
clearance or furnish competent personnel to direct the use,of,equipmen-u
under or near the line, This easement is granted for an aerial use.
Motion earried.

Gity council being pretent, A motion, was made by S.M.Payne and
seconded by J.P.;jtarr, Jr. for the �;ity to pay the expense of
securing a 0 title policy on a City lot being purchased from !Ars-.
4-1.Z.Austin, and -authorizing Joe Lipscomb to survey,this lot.
