ADJACENT AI�D CONTIGU�US T0 THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE,
"' TEXAS: PROVTDTNG THAT THE AREA DESCRTBED BELOW,
SHALL BLCOME A PART OF TI3E SAID CITY AND THAT'

ENTITLED TO ALL THE PRIVILEGES OF 0'PIiER CITSZENS
OF SAID CITY AND SOUND BY THE ACTS AND ORDINAN�ES

PROVIDING FOR AMENDING AND CORRECTIPtG T�IE OFFICIAL
BOUNDARIES OF SAID CITY HERETOFORE ADOPTED AS

WHEREAS, the City of Grapevines Texas, acting by and under
Section 1.03, of Articl� 2 of its Home Rule Char�e�� and Articla
9?0a of V. A. T. S. Has determined that ita boundaries should '
be enlarged and extended by the annexation of additional
terri.tory described as follow�, to-wi�,•
Tract�: of land in Tarrant County, Texas, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the South line of County Road
3120, sometimes called Hall-Johnson Road, and the West line
of State Farm Road 157;

Thence, Westerly along the south line of said County Road
3120, to its intersection with the West line of County Road
3081 , sometimes called Cheek-Sparger Road;
Thence, Southerly along the West line of said County Road 3081
to its intersection with the north line of County Road 3036,
sometimes called Glade Road;
Thence, Easterly along -the North line of said County Road
3036 to its intersection with the West line of said State
Farm Road 157;
Thence, North along the West line of said State Farm Road 157

WHEREAS, after considering the annexation of the above described
territory, and City �eunc�.l of said City of Grapevine, Texa�
ha,s unanimously voted� to annex said tract to said City of
Grapevine, Texas, and,

tracts, including publication and public hearing, have been

tage, general welfare, and benefit bf the Gity of Grapevine, Texa^
and of and for each said tract, that same: be now annexed to t he
City of Grapevinet, Texa�:
NOW THEREFORE, SE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE C�TY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
That the tracts of land, as above described, be and the same ar�
hereby annexed to the City of Grapevine, in Tarrant Countg,
Texas:, be and the same are hereby extended to include the above
described tr�ct� of land �n. thin the City limits of the City of
Grapevine, Texa�., a municipal corporation, and said tracts of
land, and the future inha.bitants thereof shall hereafter be:
entitled to rights and privileges of other citizens of the
City of Grapevine, Texa� and, they shall be hereafter bound by
the acts and Ordinances of said City.
That i.f any clause, phrase, sentence, paragraph, or section of
this ordinance shall be held void or unconstitutional for any
