Bids were submitted by Four companies as follows: �

work be awarded to Herman Holtzer of Ft. Worth, Texas, subject f
to favorable report of The Engineers and the securing of all �
right of ways. �

For clarification of a motion concer3�ing past due water biils �
passed June $, 1951� it was revised to read thus: The water �
service is to be discontinued if the amount of the bill equals. ;
or exceeds the amount of deposit and if this bill is not paid ;
by the lOth of the month. �
