WHEREAS, due and lawfull notice of hearir�g to consider a change in the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Grapevirte, Texas, and; WHEREAS, the Planning and Zonir�g Commission of the City of Grapevine , Texas, has, on the l�th day of April, 1967 rec- ommended that the Zoning Ordinarlce of the City of Grapevine, Texas be amended so as to provide for a classificatiort for Mobile Home Parks; NOW THER EFORE B E I T ORDA I NED :3Y THE C I TY COUNC I L OF THE C I TY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, Tl-'u�'i�; TITLE 10, Chapter 2 of the City Code of the City of Grapevine, Texas is hereby amended so as to provide for the ir�clusion of an additional Zonir�g Classification, designated as «E�r Modified Residential District, said district providing for Mobile Home Parks as an additional use in several Zones at '��'� locations which are suitable for mobiZe dwelling. ;,�,. PRINCIPAL PERMITTED USES sha1Z be any prir�cipal permztted use in the primary 2ot�e to which the "E" Modi�"ied Residerttial 7one classification is appended when esta�lished according to �he ru�es and conditions of the primary zone; and 1Vlobile Home Parks s2ia11 be authorized and licerlsed by the City of Grape- vine, t'exas for the parking ar�d occupancy of Mobile Dwellings. PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES shall be any permitted accessory use allowed in the primary zotle to which "E't Modified Residential Zone c2assification is appended when established according to the rules and conditions of the priznary zone; and those ac- cessory uses other than those permitted by the primary zone regulations, but which are or may in the future, be required for inclusior� in mobile home parks by other ordinances of the City of Grapevine, Texas.
