OF CERTAIN PRO:'EtZT� OF GORDAN WOOD AND WIFE,
W. L. HARSTON FROM "G" IACAL BUSINES5 TO "H"
BUSINESS DISTRICT AND DECI.ARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, due and lavrful notice of hearing to consider
a zoning change on the beZow described property has been h�ereto-
fore given; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Comm�.ssion of the City of �
Grapevine, Texas, has on the 16thday of May , Yg�7,

recammended a change of the 2oning classification of the belaw
described property, so that the entirety thereof shall be here-

after a part of the "H" Business Districts of the City
of Grapevine, Texas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C�UNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVIIV�, TEXAS:

That the below described property be and the same
is Hereby and ti�renow Designated and Classified as a part of
the "H" Business District of the City of Grapevine, 2exas,
and the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Gr_ap.aE*ine, Texas, and
the Use District Map attached to such Ordinance is now so
changed and amended :

It being for the public welfare that this Ozdinance

be passed and such zaning change he made, there exists an
emergency and public necessity that the rule requiring this
Ordinance to be read on two several occasions be and the same
is hereby Waived and this Ordinance shall now be placed on
its second and final reading to its passage, and shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and appxoval.
