` The re�,ular meeting of the City Council o� The City of Grapevine
j � was held in the City Hall at 7:00 p. m. on December lt�, 195� with
' �; the follovring present: i�iayor Gordon Tate: Councilmem J. J. Daniel,
John Hemley, S. T•7. Payne, �J, R. F. Shelton: Secretary H. T��lillican.
The T�iinutes of the �receedin� meetinp�s were read and approved.
Councilman Shelton suUmitted an ordinance conc�rning �he insta-
lation of traffic beacons on State Highway �� 11�., City of Grape-
vine, a co�y of i�Thich is attatched to these minutes.
Seconed by councilman Payne.
Passed by vote of 1�-0.
T�Tayor Tate reported that there was to be a meeting in Austin
on Dec. 1$, concernin� the improvin� of the rarm to I�Zarket road
between Grapevine and rlrlin,r�ton.
Motion made by Council-man Daniel that the City pay the expenses
of a delamate to represent the City at this meetin�. Sec.- Hemley.
Passed.
Councilman Fayne introduced an ordinance for passa�e concerning
The City enterning fnto an a�;reement vJith The State Dept. of
Public ?��elfare for the coverninp� of the City employees under
the provisions of the Federal Insurance Contributions Act� a
copy of the ordinance and agreements are atatched.
Councilman Shelton seconded motion and was �rassed on 4-0 vote.
