DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, due and lawful notice of hearing to consider
a zoning change on the below described property has been hereto-
fore given; and,
WHFREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of
Grapevine, Texas, h�s on the 6th day of August , 196 ,
recammended a char,ge of the zoning classification of the below
described property, so that the entirety thereof shall be here-

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CJUNCIL

"C" & "D" Dwelling District of the City of Grapevine, Texas,
and the Zoning Ordinance of the City of rrap�vine, Texas, and
the Use Distr:ct Map attached to such Ordinance is now so

its second and final reading to its pas�age, and shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
