�- AN ORDINANCE AMEDIDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
AND THE ZONI iVG MA P OF THE CI TY OF GRA PEV I NE�
TEXAS, SO AS TO CHANGE THE ZONING DISTI2ICTS
OF CERTAIN PROPERTY OF DALE O. SIMPSON,
W. HARLAN BROWN, JAMES H. RANDOLPH� AND
JACK SIMPSON, FROM "A" RESIDENTIAL TO "J"
& "K" INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION AND DE-
CIARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, due and lawful notice of hearing ta consider
a zoning chan9e on the below described property has been hereto-
fore given; and,
WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of the City of
Grapevine, Texas, has on the lst aay of March � 1966�
recammended a change of the zoning classification of the below
described property, so that the entirety thereof shall be here-

after a part of the J & K Industrial Districts of the City
+� of Grapevine, Texas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:

That the below described property be and the same
is Herehy and 1'�renow Designated and Classified as a part of
J and K Industrial Districts of t"h�e City of Grapevine, Texas,
and the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Grap+svine, Texas, and
the Use District Map attached to such Ordinance is now so
changed and amended :
'""�" All that certain lot, tract or parcel of land lying
and being situated in Tarrant Courty, Texas, out of the Wm Brad-
ford Survey , more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING 25 feet West of the North East corner of
the Wm Bradford 5uzvey (abstract 131).
THENCE, South O degrees 4 minutes West, 844.2 feet
to a monument for a coxner, said monument
� � being in the West Right of Way Line of
�� County Road #3040 and the North Right of
Way Line of State Highway #114.
THENCE, with a curve to the right 377.12 feet to a
concrete monument, said monument being in
the North Right of Way Line of State Highway
#114.
THENCE, continuing with the North Right of Way Line,
North 85 degrees 4 minutes West, 1179.5
feet to monument for corner.
THENCE, North O degrees 32 minutes West, 750.4 feet
to a point for corner, said point being
�,„ 1066.2 feet East of the South West coxner
of the P. D. Hudgins Survey and the South
East corner of the ,Wm. Dooley Survey.
THENCE, East 1559.5 feet to the Place of Beginning.
Save and except any pc�rtion there of for
street or road purposes, containing 29.067

is hereby Waived and this Ordinance shall now be placed on
its second and final reading to its passage, and shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
