Please label the architectural site plan as Dimensional Control Site Plan and dimension the proposed building to the west, south and east property lines. 3. Please provide a Site Data Table and arrange the table showing the amount required and provided: height in stories and feet, total building area, total lot area, total impervious area (square foot and percentage), total open space (landscaped area -square foot and percentage) and parking. Also include the percent of the landscaping within the front yard. Please include the proposed use of the building in order to determine if adequate parking exists. 4. Please add the following notes to the dimensional control site plan: a) Outdoor storage and refuse disposal shall be landscaped and screened from view. b) Mechanical and electrical equipment including air conditioning units shall be designed installed and operated to minimize noise impact on surrounding property. All such equipment shall be screened from public view. c) All electrical conductors associated with new constructions shall be located underground. d) (Only if a sign is proposed) The sign was included in the determination of the illumination levels. 5. Please dimension a typical 9' x 18' parking space. 6. Included within the 20 -foot side yard setback adiacent to the south property line is a required landscape area of at least ten (101 feet. Please label the perimeter landscape area and adiust the site plan accordingly. 7. Please note that lighting levels at the property lines, including the lighted signs may not exceed 3.0 footcandles. Light fixtures shall be mounted no higher than the highest point of the primary structure or 20 -feet as shown on the building elevations. 8. If an on -premise sign in proposed please show the location and dimension a ten (10) foot setback from the front property line. Landscape plan 10. A required perimeter landscape area of at least ten (101) feet is required adjacent to the south property line. Please label the perimeter landscaae area and adjust the landscape elan 11. Please provide a landscape calculations table and arrange the table showing required and provided for the following: interior landscaping (10% of the gross parking lot area requires landscaping and one (1) tree for each 400 square feet lot of required interior landscaping), perimeter landscaping (one tree for each 50 -lineal feet of perimeter area) and non- vehicular open space one (1) tree per the percentage of vehicular open space of the lot). 12. Please landscape the refuse disposal screening device and if mechanical equipment is proposed on the ground it is required to be screened. Please revise the landscape plan accordingly. 13. Please add a planter island tree at the end of the row of parking found adjacent to the refuse screening device. 14. Please label Stone Myers Parkway and the refuse enclosure. 15. If an on -premise sign in proposed please show the location and include a ten (10) foot setback from the front property line. Building Elevations 16. The maximum permitted height for parking lot lighting standards (including the base) is based upon the height of the primary structure or twenty feet. Please include a light standard elevation including the base. 17. Please provide the elevation of the refuse enclosure and gate and type of materials used, one (1) foot above the refuse dumpster not to exceed eight (8) feet in height. 18. If the mechanical equipment is rooftop mounted please illustrate how the parapet wall will provide screening. 19. Please note the following Public Works/Engineering comments.
