derman Payne & second by Yancey that the letter be rePered to

the City Engineers for answer. Carried.
Motion by Alderman Dari�e3:_and second by Alderman Yanc�ey. that
the Nayor �and Secre�ary be authorized to eign the plat of
Shamrock Shores Estates s presented by Mr., Corbin provided
that ths Commissioners '. �ourt gives prior approval. Carried.
Decided, that futher study be given to the problem of Addit.ions,
refund�ng contracts, etc. Special meet�.ng to be called to
consult. .with the @ity Engineera,, Bond Brokers, etc.
