Motion by J. J. Daniel that the City enter into an agxeement to
obt�in the pre�ent tax ap:�rais�l informa.tion from the school dietrict
& to share in future inforr:ation given by the firm of J. A. Tr�.cy.
For thie information the City is to �ay �1'�'),�O;.to the schoql. dis�rict
f�r the existing records ana to sh�re the costs of future (including
1953) infor�na.tion on a 5�-50 basi� for the �re�. t��ithin the city-limits.
Cost of duplicating the exi�tin� tax card� are to be at the City' s
ex�ense and duplicate c�:rde �re to be furnished �s :�rt of the cost
of future records. The City Secretary & Mayor are auth�rized to issue
checks for theGe amounts. Niotion eeconded a.nd paesed by vote.

seconded and passed.
Motion by R. F. Shelton that the City contract T��ith J. A. Trr�cy f�r
the du�licption of exieting tax apprri�a_1 c�.rds and to offer the 8um
of �250.00 for thiE service. Noti�n Gecon�ed �nd ;assed.
The ;�ro�ra.m of tax ec�uili�tion for the City af Grapevine will be I'
carried out re�ardles� of the out-come of the bond iaeue.

Floyd De�.con offered his resignation from the City Tax equilization '
Board. Motion by Joe Bo x that the City accept his resignAtion.

The City Council, due to other c:�ntroversal issuES �.t h�nd, decided
to a�roint a three-:����n co�,�.niGion to act aG a bosrd of equilization.
Motion by Joe Bo x that ap,�roval of d. Vd. W�llhoite as chairman and
Bill Y�ncey and H. 0. O�tis a.s members of thi_� board be given. Motion ,
seconded and r�assed.

Motion by Bill Gue�t that the City Niarsh�l be inqtructed to wear
a unif orm while on duty, con�isting of a type of khakki unifo rm with
�olice officer type cap and. b�dge, and black tie; that the City ,
Marshal be inatructed to im�,�ediately beg�n a pro�ram of law enforce- '
:'�� ment for the �rotection and �afety of the community �nd that he file
' ;��roper ch�rges U�here violations occur; that�� the City purchase and

City' s r-reeeut finanica.l eondition, the City �:ill be able to i�eue
an amo�ant of �80,00� of �ateP & �ewer revenue bonds without any ad�ust-
�� ment of r�resent v�ater,& se�*er rates. It is �lso reported that '
�y the adoption of a tax roll of �1, 50�,J00.00 the City can issue at
the present time an adc�ition�l amaunt of �130,00t�.00 of water and sewer
t�x bond.s. This amount of tax roll v�luation is contimplated or. the
b�.sis � uGing a 25°� zGsessment value �na � general equilization
