I have completed my review of the permit application referenced in the subject of this email. Please provide the
following:
Indicate true North on the site plan (the North arrow currently points South). Provide dimension from furthest building
projection to the west property line. Revise the general notes on sheet D to state compliance with the 2006 IRC, 2005
NEC, and City of Grapevine amendments. Indicate size/span/species/grade for all Joists/Beams/Headers on first floor
ceiling joist layout. Indicate size/span/species/grade for all headers on second floor ceiling joist layout.

Dear Applicant:
On December 17. 2019 a building permit application was submitted to-this office
for review for the above referenced address. Our records indicate that you never
picked up your permit.
Performing work without a permit is a violation of city ordinance, regardless of
whether or not an application has been made. Additionally, failure to obtain your
permit within 180 days of application has resulted in the expiration of the permit.
If this job is to proceed a new permit application submittal is required.
