Please revise the request note with the following: Conditional Use Request CU12-09 is a request to amend the previously approved site plan of CU07-42 SPRC, CU05-40 SPRC, CU05-25 (Ordinance 2005-40) for an existing automotive dealership with sales and service of new and used vehicles, specifically to allow a 11,146 -square foot service garage expansion, a 971 - square foot car wash expansion, a 1,028 -square foot pre -owned sales office expansion and a 2,071 -square foot service drive expansion. 3. Please revise the site data chart to a required/provided chart. The data in the Lot 1 column shall become provided. Please provide the following additional parking data: number of parking spaces to be lost, total accessible spaces, and total spaces designated employee, customer and display. Designating employee parking, customer parking and inventory display on the dimensional control site plan is very important. Also please provide the number of employees. 4. Please label the site plan as dimensional control site plan and dimension the distance of the proposed expansion areas to the two nearest property lines, i.e. the new car wash dimensioned to the west and north property lines. 5. Please remove labeling and dashed lines for the future service garage addition, the future relocated fire lane. Please remove the second floor hatching and the note. 6. Please label the subject site as "PCD" Planned Commerce Development District zoning and the adjacent site as "PCD" Planned Commerce Development District zoning. Also please label the adjacent site as Lot 2, Block1, VTG Grapevine. 7. The fence adjacent to Hanover Drive is labeled chain link on the landscape plan. The site data chart indicates the total impervious area (combined area occupied by all main and accessory structures, parking, storage, loading and other paved areas) and open space (non- vehicular opens space is any area not devoted to buildings, parking, loading, storage or vehicular use) is unchanged, however portions of the subject site which are currently landscaped are being removed due to the proposed expansion. Please verify that the figures are correct. Also please include within the required/provide chart the applicable percentages of 20% - open space, 60% - maximum building coverage, and 80% - maximum impervious surface. 10. Please note Building Inspections will require project data sheets for the proposed expansions when a building permit application is submitted.
