Revisions to previously approved new period -style house to include the
following: Realign dormer on the west elevation with interior stairway;
Add a projecting window unit on the west elevation in the first floor study;
with the conditions all exterior material and finishes of paint color, doors, doo
and garage door hardware, windows and light fixtures each requiring approv
with an application(s) made for a Certificate of Appropriateness and a buildin
