HomeMy WebLinkAboutBZA1990-25'-fuly 11, 1990 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTNENT APPLICATION NUMBER BZA90-25-BELMONT HOMES An application has been filed in the office of the Director of Co=nity Development by Belmont Homes, Inc. for Lot 7R, Block 3, Banyan Place Subdivision, City of Grapevine, Tarrant County, Texas. The request is for a variance to Grapevine Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 82-73, Section 1.5.G.2 which requires a 25 foot rear _yard setback. If approved the variance will allow a 23 foot rear yard instead, requirinq a 2 foot variance for an existing home. The Board of Zoning Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on. Monday Even-inq, August 6, 1990, at 6 PM in the Council Chambers, Room # 205, 307 'Kest Dallas, Road, Grapevine, Texas, for -the purpose of considering the subject request. Appendix "D", Section 49 of the Grapevine-. City Code requires that written notice of such public hearing be sent to all owners of real property (as the ownership appears on the last approved City Tax Roll) lying within two hundred feet (200') of the property on which the variance or exception is requested. You, as a property eer ty owner, as/or a Grapevine Citizen, are cordially invited to attend and express your views on the matter.
