Gerald 'flim.pson was concerned that the retaining wall needed to extend to
the end of Ms. Rochelle °s mouse so the grater will be routed away from her
property.
Member 'Randy Howell arrived at this time of the meeting.
Again Qerald Thompson Made a motion to table the case until the next
regular scheduled meeting, so Mr. Mayes °and Ms. Rochelle could agree upon a

The last it(�m of new husiness for the Board of Zoning Adjustment 1-0
consider was BZA 90 -27, suhmitted by Marymark homes, who has asked for a
one foot variance to Grapevine Zoning Ordinance 82 -73, Section
"Ft 7.5 ", gi.rgl,e Family Zoning District requirements, which requires a
thirty foot: front. yard setback. The variance request is for an existing
house Ioc ted at 21.24 Idle.aood, I.A.)t 27, Block 4, Winding Creek Estates,
Section II_
Greg Wheeler_ erplai.ned that in closing the house, the survey, required by
United Title Company, revealed one point of the house encroaching fcR'Ir
inches into the front yard setback and another point encroaching sic
inches; thomfore,, Staff advertised for a one foot variance, to hopefully
prevent any necessary future re- application.
Mark Wiffin, of 515 liaydonbend Circle, Grapevine, and applicant, took the
Oath of 'Prut-h. lie explained that the stxingline inspection passed, lit

Joy Carroll read a letter fr_m Wright Construction stating approval of the
variance.
With no one else to speak either for or against the request, Gerald
Thompson made a motion to close the public hearing. Patti. Bass seconded
the motion which prevailed by the following vote:

Patti Bass made a motion that special conditions slid exist and the special
conditions are that the house was already built: and there was an error in
laying out the forms for the foundation. John Dorety seconded the ration
which prevailed by the following vote:
