BOA PD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT
APPLICATION NUMBER BZA90-32-TANDY CUSTCM HOMES
An application has been filed in the office of the Director of
Community Development by Tandy Custom Homes for Lot 21, Block 3,
Timberline South Subdivision (addressed as 2813 Greenbrook Court, City
of Grapevine, Tarrant County, Texas. The request is for a variance to
Grapevine Zoning Ordinance 8273, Section. 15.0.2 which requires a 25
foot rear yard setback for principal structures. A 19 foot variance is
being requested to allow a 6 foot setback for the eX4

ting home.
Additionally, City Staff has advertised for a variance to Section
42.0.3 which allows breezeways connecting a principal and accessory
structure to be a maxi= width of six feet (6g). The variance would
allow the existing "breezeway" to remain at twenty feet (209) and
provide a fourteen foot (14') variance. An. additional variance to
Section. 68.J is being requested to waive the requirement to wait one
(1) year before the same, request is considered on the same tract.
The Board of Zoning Adjustment will conduct a public hearing on Thursday
Evening, October 4, 1990, at 6 PM in the Council. Chambers, Poem # 205,
307 West Dallas, Road, Grape-vine, Texas, for the purpose of considering
the subject request.
Appendix "D", Section 49 of the Grapevine City Code requires that
written notice of such public hearing be sent to all owners of real
property (as the ownership appears on the last approved City Tax Roll)
lying within two hundred feet (200 ®) of the property on which the
variance or exception is requested. You, as a neighboring property
owner, as/or a Grapevine Citizen, are cordially invited. to attend and
express your views on the matter. If you are unable to be present, you
may send a representative or prepare a written statement- which will. be
read during the meting.
