3022 Lakeview or Lot 3, Block 2, Shoreview Estates, Grapevine, Tarrant
County, Texas. The purpose of the application is to request variances,
to Grape-vine Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance 82-73, Section 14.G.1,
R-12.5, Single-Fainily Zoning District Regulations which requires a 35
foot front yard setback. An 11 foot and. 1.5 foot front yard. variance
is requested for the existing house built prior to present ordinance
requirements.
The Board of Zoning Adjustment Public Hearing will be held -Monday
evening, November 5, 1990, at 6 PM- in the City Council Chambers, Room
4205, 307 West Dallas Road, Grapevine, Texas, for the purpose of
considering an application requesting the subject variances ]',fisted
above.
Appendix "D", Section 49 of the Grapevine- City Code rem.1ires that
written notice of such public hearing be sent to all owners of real
property (as the ownership appears on the, last approved City Tax Poll)
lying within two hundred feet (200') of the property on which the
variance or exception is requested. You, as a neighboring property
owner, as/or a Grapevine Citizen, are cordially invited to attend- and
express your views on the matter. If you are unable to be present, you
may send a representative or pro-pare a written statement which will be
read during the meeting.
