Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Planning
and Zoning Commission and the City Council of the City of
Grapevine, Texas will hold a public hearing on February 22, 1972
at 7:30 P.M. in the Council Room at the City Hall in Grapevine,
Texas to consider the,rezoning of the following described property from
11R-111 Single Family Dwelling District to "Specific Use Permit"
Field notes of a 43.728 acre tract of land out of the J. R. Doss
Survey, A-440, Tarrant County,'Texas, as,surveyed by Registered
Public Su rveyor #156, and being further described by metes and
bounds as follows. -
BEGINNING 2631.5 feet South 85 degrees 32 minutesEast of the South-
west comer of said.J. R. Doss Survey; said point being in the North
R.-O. W. line'of County Road #3036 (Glade Road), -
