An application for an amendment to the Zoning ordinance Map has been
filed with the City Planning Commission. The application request that
the following described property, be changed from its current zone,
the "R-111 Residential Zone, to the "C-211 Community Business District
Zone.
Situated in the County of Tarrant, State of Texas and being
a tract out of the Samuel Freeman Survey, Abstract No. 526, described
by mites and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the West line of said Freeman Survey,
said point being 1916.4 ft. North of the Southwest corner of said survey,
said point also being the southwest corner of Tract 24A as conveyed to
the United States of America by Frank P. Howell by deed recorded in Vol.
2322 page 183, Deed Records of Tarrant County, Texas; THENCE East 350 ft.
