Notice is hereby given to all interested parties that the Planning and'Zoning
Commission and the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas will hold a
public hearing on ,.-,June 15 at 7:30 P.M. in the Council
Room at the City Hall in Grapevine, Texas to consider the rezoning of
Lot 1, P. R. Splane Survey, Abstract 1453 (15.18 acres) from "All
Residential Zoning to "R-311 Multiple Family Dwelling Zoning.

Good & Associates, Inc., as trustee for approximately
304 acres of land on the west side of the City of
Grapevine adjacent to the new high school, hereby
supports the zoning application of Mr. Joe N. Box
on approximately 15.18 acres in the R. R. Splane Sur-
vey Abstract 1453 from residential one to residential
three multiple family zoning. We feel this zoning
is appropriate for the area in which the property is
located and will be an advantage to the property in the
immediate area and to the City of Grapevine. Please
let us know if you need additional comments in regards
to this zoning application numbered Z71-14.
