ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND
BY AND COMPLY WITH THE TERMS
'OF THE SPECIFIC . USE PERMIT
WHEREBY on the 18th day of May , 1971, A.D., the City
of Grapevine, Texas, by a unanimous vote of its duly elected
members of -the City Council of Grapevine, Texas, after a
public hearing, and after reviewing the recommendation of the
Planning and Zoning Commission, did approve, by ordinance
Number 71-18, a Specific Use Permit for the undersigned to
build apartments on the following described property:
A tract of land situated in the B.B.'Johnson Survey and the
T. Mahan Survey, Tarrant County, Texas, and being more
particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
