There are not any detailed specifications or engineering seal on the plans. The following comments are made on the plans as they have been submitted. 1. Water a. The CityCode does not permit P.V.C. p pipe in the water system. b. It is recommended that the two center lines be 4 inches in size Al if cast iron or not less thanj3 incfbes if P.V.C: is permitted c. The lines should be looped or a blowoff placed on each deadend,,y,L`.,,, d. There is not any typical service connection or size shown. It is recommended that a typical service connection be submitted before construction begins. e. There are not any valves shown on lines connected to main or how the connection is to be made. 1 ,baZ V /- 2. Sewer A. Collection lines (1) It is difficult to review plans of sewer lines when the whole area is not laid out. From what has been submitted, it would appear that it is in good design practices. (2) There are not any manhole setting details which should include P.V.C. pipe connection tq manholes if permitted. B.
