Remove existing 32" wide x 80" high steel front door and frame and install in its place a new 36" wide x 80" high mahogany wood door with three glass lights and ribbed glass; 2. Remove existing 36" wide x 80" high steel rear door and frame and install in its place a new 36" wide x 80" high wood panel door with frame; as per the attached photos with the conditions stain color for the front door and paint color for the back door is to be submitted for approval on a separate Certificate of Appropriateness and a permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is / is not required.
