Primary means of communication via radio will be maintained constantly during the operation. Secondary means of communication via hand signals will be immediately incorporated should radio communications fail. Appropriate ATC communications will be maintained by pilot in all possible and/or feasible situations. Narrative: Due to the job -site being an Existing Resort and Spa we classify this to be a potential congested area. All entrances will be blocked and controlled by security personnel so that no unauthorized persons shall enter or cross the operational area. With the roof roof being engineered to withstand the weight of rooftop HVAC's and each floor in between being constructed of steel and concrete, with the load weighing no more than 1,500lbs and being flown no higher than 10 feet above the building 5 State Helicopters has estimated the if the load were to be dropped it would not penetrate the roof structure. Therefore for safety purposes, the top floor and one (1) additional floor below will be vacant in each section of the building flown over during operations. No personnel will be allowed to use elevators to access top 2 floors or be allowed to enter or exit the building while the helicopter is overhead. Primary means of communication via radio will be maintained constantly during the operation. Secondary means of communication via hand signals will be immediately incorporated should radio communications fail. Appropriate ATC communications will be maintained by pilot in all possible and/or feasible situations. Narrative: Due to the job -site being an Existing Resort and Spa we classify this to be a potential congested area. All entrances will be blocked and controlled by security personnel so that no unauthorized persons shall enter or cross the operational area. With the roof roof being engineered to withstand the weight of rooftop HVAC's and each floor in between being constructed of steel and concrete, with the load weighing no more than 1,500lbs and being flown no higher than 10 feet above the building 5 State Helicopters has estimated the if the load were to be dropped it would not penetrate the roof structure. Therefore for safety purposes, the top floor and one (1) additional floor below will be vacant in each section of the building flown over during operations. No personnel will be allowed to use elevators to access top 2 floors or be allowed to enter or exit the building while the helicopter is overhead.
