GRAPEVINE COLLEYVILLE ISD FIELD HOUSE EXPANSION
1. Please add case number SP13-05 to the lower right hand corner of
all each sheets.
2. Please add the adjacent zoning as follows: to the northeast "CC"
Community Commercial District, southeast "R -MF -2" Multifamily
District, triangle adjacent to SH -26 "PO" Professional Office District,
west "CC" Community Commercial District and to the subject site
"GU" Government Use District.
3. On the overall site plan please show the extent of the entire site
(please refer to the approved plat boundaries) and label and include
all improvements which exist on the subject site including the
administration building(s) and parking, parking associated with the
transportation building, parking in the northeast section, parking in
the southeast section and the practice fields. Please add a site
data table which includes the total parking count for the subject site.
4. Please provide a focused landscape plan which illustrates the existing
landscaping to be displaced and proposed landscaping associated with
the proposed expansion.
5. The proposed expansion will require fire protection in addition to
measures currently in, place. The additional fire protection will need to be
addressed prior to approval of the site plan. Please direct all questions
regarding this comment to Randle Frisinger — Deputy Chief at
817.410.8100.
6. For verification purposes please email a PDF of the final revised
sheets to atriplett@grapevinetexas.gov prior to producing the final
copies.
The above comments must be reflected in the revised submittal,
which upon review, can be administratively approved. Please submit
the revised documents to the Department of Development Services at 200
South Main Street.
The revised submittal shall include:
four (4) unfolded black line copies of each sheet, (minimum size 22" x 34")

per the attached site plan on May 20, 2013.
Please find enclosed an approved site plan set for your records. I have forwarded two approved
sets to the Building Inspection Division.
No site plan approval shall be valid for a period longer than one (1) year from the date such
approval is issued, unless a building permit is issued and construction is actually begun within
that period, and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion or an occupancy permit is obtained
and a use commenced within that period. Approval of an application does not authorize any
work in conflict with any Codes or Ordinances of the City of Grapevine
