Re -port of the election held on TuesdW April 6th was read
and a. copy of same is attached hereto.
Motion and second unan-imousl3r carried to allow the mother
and sponser of the Volunteer fire department their minimum water
bill each rinonth with the express understanding that the we -ter
them**e minimum number requi-red by law and no more shall be allowed
the minimum bill thaiN the number of volunteer firemen required to
comply. Any firemen above this amount, the apportion-n-ent will have
to be agreed upon by the members of the 'department each !�ri-onth and
a list of members entitled to ninimum water bill to be sub.'r.itted to
the MdC Water Superintendent by the Secretary of the fire department.
Motion and second unanimously carried to allov; the Water Supft
adjust the R.A.Starnes water bill on the basis of the summer water
rates.
There being no further business motion carried to adjourn.
