Motion duly seconded unanimously carried to allow -Mr. Frank Thweatt to settle mos. vallie Durham water bill for one half of the amount due the city at the time of her death. Unanimously carried. All water bills at this location after the date of her death to be paid in full. There being no further business motion carried to adjourn. City Secretary mayor .
