An ordinance providing for the licensinj of s I ervioe oars and/ or Taxinbs, and regulating the operation of sa.,me.
Be it ordal,.ued by the City -Council of the City Of Grapevine Texas:
That any person desiring to operat# a service oar or tax i cab within
the City linits of the City of Grapevine and such surrounding country
as is Perritted by the Pail Road Corrission of --Texas shall first
satisyfy the City Secretary Of his reliability and pay a fe* of
0_,h� �2- for one years license, and shall keep in force a pab"Lt-4 liabiliy insurance policy in sore Company licensed to tmysact business
in the State of Texas in a sun of not leds than �5000-00s and shall
charge such rates as are not objectionable to the Uity Council of
The City Council Of Grapevine lexas Tray obtain fror the City
Secretary such license. 2rovided however that the City of Grapevine
shall assWme no liability or respbasiby for the operation of said service and /or taxicabs., and that such license -may be revoked
at any time the City Council may see fit.
