of Grapevine, Texas held on May 25th, 1944 with the following
Present: B.H.Wall mayor presiding and Boone Lipscomb, D.E.Austin,
C.M.Millican, A. W. Willhoite and H. C. Yancey, aldermen.
Mr. J. X. Kingston met with the * Council and discussed the
repairs on the old burned buildings ovined by the City of Grape-
vine on the East Side of Main Street, known as the H.D.Lipscomb
building.
Mr. Kingstonsubmitted 4 r for the workas
outlined by the Mayor and Council. 'Workmen's Compensation and
Public Liability insurance Premium to be in addition to the
• > _ price.
Final -lotion to be taken on the contract vdien the proper insur-
ance coverages has been secured and the council adjourned subject to
call for the purpose of completing the contract.
Regular adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City
of Grapevine held on May 29th, 1944 held on May 29ths, 1944 with

was increased to $3397.00 plus T-orkments Compensation and Public
