An application was submitted to the Department of Development Services by Mr.
Lloyd Allberg representing David Weekley Homes. Staff approved the fence permit
in error in August of 1995. The incorrect fence location came to Staff's attention
upon review of a swimming pool permit. The Building Official and the Public Works
Department have visited the site and do not feel that the location of the fence poses
a visibility problem.
