I have completed my review of the permit application referenced in the subject of this email. A Certificate of
Appropriateness is required for this project. Please contact Historic Preservation Officer David Klempin at (817)454-
4422 to get that process started. Once the C.A. has been obtained, submit a copy to me. Please provide a response to
the following comments:
1. Submit an accurate dimensioned plot plan including all structures currently on the lot.
2. Contact Historic Preservation and obtain a Certificate of Appropriateness for the fence construction.
