WILL BE REVOKED UPON
1. We will level area for concrete flat patio of 10'x26' about 260sq. t. PERMIT EXPIRATION.
2. Then we will do a wooden form (outline the new drive).
3. 3/8 Rebar will be connected to any existing foundation if allowed by city every 20 inches.
4. All rebar will be cross tied every 20 inches.
5. SON" for post will be 16"x16"x2' depending on city requirements.
6. Fill will be provided if needed on flat area concrete will be 4 inch thick.
7. After wood forms and rebar are placed the Concrete 3000psi will be poured the next morning.
After city inspection. (*Sometimes Rebar prep will be finished up morning of pour)
8. Client should not walk on patio for 24 hours after pour.
9. Water concrete twice a day for three days after pour.
Patio Cover
1. Post 4'x4' will be set in concrete footings 16"xl6"x2' . Post will be 6ft from property line.
2. 2'x6' ledger will be placed on top of house roof edge, right by roof line (finding studs).
3. Rafters will then be attached to Ledger by 6" lag bolts. Rafters will be placed 2' apart.
4. Header (beams)LVL (2) 13'x2"xl2" double on each side. will be placed screwed into post
5. Wood rafters 2"x6" will be lag bolted in with 4" screws vertically attached to 2"x6" ledger and
on top of header.
6. Plywood will be 1" thick. We will then be nailed on top of6W6pf3VApMqft
7. Black roofmg tarp will then be nailed on top of VIRELEA►SED FOR CONSTRUCTION
8. Shingles (matching as much as possible) will beryl. in on top of bla6ptarp. o3section
