Install two new 3' wide x 5'-6" high metal sign boards, one on each side of the existing metal pole, in the parking lot on the east side of the building, see photo; signs to be painted gloss black; 2. Install six metal overlay sign panels on each sign board; tenant logo graphics to be painted on the metal overlay sign panels; as per the attached photos, drawing and mockup with the conditions a sign permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Cer ificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit'is / is not required.
