This letter confirms on February 2, 2021 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA21-04 for the property addressed 520 South Main Street, legally described
as Block 4, Lot 2R, per plat D214062867, City of Grapevine, to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended,
for the following:
1. Install two new 3' wide x 5'-6" high metal sign boards, one on each side of the
existing metal pole, in the parking lot on the east side of the building, see photo;
signs to be painted gloss black;
2. Install six metal overlay sign panels on each sign board; tenant logo graphics to
be painted on the metal overlay sign panels;
as per the attached photos, drawing and mockup with the conditions a sign permit be
obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Cer ificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit'is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 811.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
