This letter confirms on March 18, 2021 the Historic Preservation Staff approved #CA21-13
for the property addressed 854 East Wall Street, legally described as Block 2, Lot 8, City of
Grapevine, to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G —
Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Repaint the exterior of the house in a new paint color scheme as follows:
Sherwin Williams' #SW 7004, "Inkwell": trim of the house;
Sherwin Williams' #SW 6992 "Snowbound": body of the house;
as per the attached photo and paint samples.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.41 3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
