RE: PERMIT APPLICATION, 1921 Fairfield Drive
Dear Applicant:
On July 30, 2020, a fence permit was submitted to this office for review for the
above reference addresses. Our records indicate that your permit request has
expired. Your permit was never issued. If you wish to proceed with this project
new applications and plans must be submitted.
Performing work without a permit is a violation of city ordinance, regardless of
whether or not an application has been made, and could result in the revocation
of your contractor's registration for a period of not less than one year, and up to a
$2,000.00 fine. Additionally, failure to obtain your permit within 180 days of
application has resulted in the expiration of the permit.
Failure to begin work within 180 days after permit issuance or allowing 180 days
to pass between inspections will result in an expired permit. Once a permit has
expired, the permit must be renewed and new fees paid. Permits which have
expired for more than 30 days are subject to the issuance of citations. No future
permits will be issued until the contractor resolves all expired permits.
