BOX ADDITION HISTORIC DISTRICT, #HL2010-09, ORDINANCE #2011-53 922 EAST WALL STREET GRAPEVINE, TEXAS 76051 This letter confirms on March 31, 2021 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with conditions #CA21-15 for the property addressed 922 East Wall Street, legally described as Block 3, Lot 3, D. E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine, to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following: 1. Remove the existing aluminum windows and install replacement aluminum windows with screens as per the following specifications: Atrium Reliabilt double -hung aluminum windows with clear glass and bronze finished frames and window screens; a. The front bedroom windows are to be replaced with one -over -one window configuration as per code, to allow for emergency egress; b. The existing side and rear bedroom window units are to be replaced with a pair of one -over one windows, to allow for emergency egress from the bedrooms; 2. Enclose the existing two -car carport as follows: a. Using wood framing members and vertical wood siding enclose the front of the carport to create a garage door opening; b. Install a wood double -wide garage door with vertical wood boarding; c. On the rear wall of the carport, overlay the existing wood screen in the existing half -wall, with vertical wood boards to secure the space; d. Install a wood access door from the front porch to the new garage enclosure; 3. Repaint the exterior of the house currently painted redwood color with a new color scheme: a. All exterior wood siding and trim to be painted: using Sherwin Williams' #SW 7008 "Alabaster"; b.
