I. GENERAL:
The applicant, John Van Til is platting this 0.663 acre site to convert the tract
into two platted lots. The tract was parceled as part of Shamrock Shores
Estates in the early 509s. The plat of Shamrock Shores Estates was never
recorded at Tarrant County. The property is located at 1384 Shannon Street.

VII. STATEMENT OF FINDINGS:

master plan, are reasonable and are connected to the proposed project in
the following manner:

and extent to the impact of the proposed development as follows:

system to serve this development and connect to existing utilities on
surrounding property.

consider the following motion- "Move that the City Council (Planning and

Lots 1 & 2, Block 1, Reagan Shores Estates.
