Please add Case Number SP12-26 to the lower right hand corner of all sheets. 2. Change the site city on all sheets from Southlake to Grapevine. Enlarge site plan C-1 1. Please designate one sheet name. Two names are present. 2. Label the items which resemble umbrellas. 3. Dimension the ground lease/fenced area. 4. Label existing utility racks. 5. Label the location and height of the wooden privacy fence/gate adjacent to Foxfire Lane and label the location of the internal chain link gate. Tower elevation SE -1 1. Please confirm the height of the tower. Two different tower heights are used on sheets SE -1 and C-3. 2. Add a graphic scale in addition to the numeric scale provided. 3. Review the possibility of consolidating sheets SE -1 into C-1 and C-3. Equipment Plan Before/Final C-2 1. Dimension the pad area and add a graphic scale in addition to the numeric scale provided. Elevation & Antenna Layout Before/Final C-3 1. Confirm the height of the tower. Two tower heights are used on sheets C- 3 and SE -1. Sheets C-4 through SE -2 1. Sheets C-4, C-5, E-1, G-1 and SE -2 may be omitted from the final revised submittal. For verification purposes please email a PDF of the final revised sheets to atriplett@grapevinetexas.gov prior to producing the final copies. The above comments must be reflected in the revised submittal, which upon review, can be administratively approved. Please submit the revised documents to the Department of Development Services at 200 South Main Street.
