1. Please add the following note to each sheet:
• Site Plan SP12-24 adds new antenna and microwave dish
telecommunications equipment to the roof top of the hotel.
2. Please add case number SP12-24 to the lower right hand corner of each
sheet and replace the address shown with 1501 Gaylord Trail. If the
Grapevine Mills designation is not critical, please remove it from the title
block.
3. Please label the roof top on sheet C-1 and provide an overall site
plan which depicts the relationship of the rooftop to the subject site.
4. Please provide an equipment site plan existing and final if existing
equipment is proposed to be replaced within the Metro PCS lease
area.
5. Please label the elevation view of the roof top on sheet C-2.
6. Please add the signature block provided below to the lower right
hand corner of each sheet.

Ms. Bauman,
This letter is to verify that your Site Plan Review application SP1 2-24, located at 1501 Gaylord
Trail and platted as Opryland Addition was approved per the attached site plan on December
19, 2012.
Please find enclosed an approved site plan set for your records. I have forwarded two approved
sets to the Building Inspection Division.
No site plan approval shall be valid for a period longer than one (1) year from the date such
approval is issued, unless a building permit is issued and construction is actually begun within
that period, and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion or an occupancy permit is obtained
and a use commenced within that period. Approval of an application does not authorize any
work in conflict with any Codes or Ordinances of the City of Grapevine
Any changes to a site plan approved with a conditional use or a special use can only be
approved by city council through the public hearing process.
If you have any questions relative to your building permit, please contact the Plans Examiner, at
(817) 410-3165. If you have any further questions regarding your site plan approval, please feel
