In reference to above subject permit, as per the Zoning Ordinance Section 42 C 3 On corner lot, no accessory building
shall be located within any side yard required on street side. Provide site plan showing shed building minimum 15' from
street side property line, minimum 10' from rear property line and minimum 10' from existing structure on the lot.
Provide tow copies of site plan and one copy of lot drainage plan in response to above comments.

Dear Applicant:
On Mav 9. 2019 a storage building permit application was submitted to this office
for review for the above referenced address. Our records indicate that response
to comments to the plans examiner were required,your permit has never been
issued.
Performing work without a permit is a violation of city ordinance, regardless of
whether or not an application has been made. Additionally, failure to obtain your
permit within 180 days of application has resulted in the expiration of the permit.
If this job is to proceed a new permit application submittal is required.
