Dear Applicant:
On November 1, 2018 a patio cover application was submitted to this office for
review for the above referenced address. Our records indicate that your permit
has never been approved for issuance.
Performing work without a permit is a violation of city ordinance, regardless of
whether or not an application has been made. Additionally, failure to obtain your
permit within 180 days of application has resulted in the expiration of the permit.
If this job is to proceed a new permit application submittal is required.
