On July 19, 1994 Council approved an amendment to the subject site for development of the 2,304 square foot drive through restaurant (Taco Bell). On December 17, 2008 the Site Plan Review Committee approved changes to the subject site including accessibility, drive thru menu boards and landscaping. A new accessibility route was proposed adjacent to William D. Tate to increase accessibility to the subject site. New menu boards referred to as "The Drive Thru of Future" were proposed and landscaping enhancements in the drive thru area were proposed. With this request the applicant proposes to revise the exterior elevations of the existing restaurant. The proposed exterior elevation changes include masonry fagade treatments to the north, east and west elevations. No fagade change is proposed to the south elevation.
