The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1. Construct new 7' to 8' tall cedar privacy fence using cedar pickets and rails, mounted on matal posts; posts to be boxed in with wood; 2. Fence to include a sliding driveway gate at the rear of the property and one passage gate at the front of the property-, as per the attached plan with the condition a building permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permit is / is not required.
