HomeMy WebLinkAboutBBA1992-04Ayes, Lipscomb, 1fer Berson, Roberts Nays, Mone, Absent: Gordon, czapanskiy ii DEVELOPMENT The last item for the Building Board of Appeals to consider was BBA92 --04, submitted by Wright Development who is requesting a variance from Grapevine Code of Ordinance, Chapter 7, Article IV, 7- 127(b), front yard fence constructed in the established front yard shall not exceed three ( 3 ) feet in height with 50% visibility. The applicant is requesting a wrought iron fence for a height of five (5) feet which would require a variance of two feet. The applicant wishes to construct a wrought iron fence on the front property line of Lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, Block 3, of the Timberline South Subdivision. With no one to speak for or against the request, Vernie Henderson made a motion to close the public hearing. Dennis Roberts seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Lipscomb, Henderson, Roberts Nays: None Absent: Gordon, Czapanskiy Vernie Henderson then made a motion to approve the variance request to Grapevine Code of Ordinance Chapter 7, Article IV, 7- 127(b) , allowing a variance of two (2) feet. Dennis Roberts seconded the motion which prevailed by the following vote: Ayes: Lipscomb, Henderson, Roberts Nays: None Absent: Gordon, Czapanskiy MINUTES Next the Building Board of Appeals considered the minutes of the February 10, 1992, meeting. Since Vernie Henderson and Dennis Roberts were not present at the February meeting, Chairman Lipscomb recommended tabling the minutes until the next regular meeting. MISCELLANEOUS REPORT AND /OR DISCUSSION Greg Wheeler updated the Board that he has not yet received a report from the Attorney concerning condemnation procedures for 117 E.
