NEW BUSINESS BBA92 -06 MR. & MRS. RALPH PUTNAM The case for the Building Board of Appeals to consider was BBA92 -06, submitted by Mr. & Mrs. Ralph Putnam who is requesting a variance to Grapevine's Code of Ordinances Chapter 7, Article IV, 7- 127(b), front yard fence constructed in the established front yard shall not exceed three (3) feet in height with 50% visibility. The applicant is requesting a wooded privacy fence for a varied height of nine (9) feet to six (6) feet to four (4) feet from the garage to the property line. The construction of the fence has limited visibility of ten (10 %) per cent when viewed at less than right angles of the fence.
