This letter confirms on May 11, 2021 the Historic Preservation Staff approved #CA21-27
for the property addressed 319 East College Street, legally described as Block 29, Lot 2A,
City of Grapevine, to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G —
Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
Install a new black painted metal USPS mailbox, 14" high x 11" wide x 5" deep on
the front wall of the house to the left of the front door;
as per the attached photo and drawing.
An approved CertificyLte of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is /Cis not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
