Bill to F. V. Berry filling station for *",4.30 was allowed
as a credit on his vitter bill of $7.30, he having pa3.00
in addition to the $4.30 bill
Elotion duly seconded that the City pay the Cannery light
bill and other small monthly bills until further action by
council.
ITotiors and second that C. C. Coleman be allowed .010.00 on
his city taxes for his assrest of three boys Who stoled some
of the Sevier disposal plant equipment. The total amount of
the cost of goods stolen amounted to $34.24. This is to be paid
back to the city by October lst, 1935. The boys implicated being
Joe Leslie , --Pinkney j)obkirs and one of Y.A. Cummings boys .
The delinquent water consumers were referred to the '77ater Com-
mittee for action.
The opening of a ditch on the Fort '$north Vjay aJTig*'a was referred

to the Street and Alley Committee.
