Berry filling statibn for 54.30 was allowed as a credit on his utter bill of 07.30, he havihg pa ta $3.00 in addition to the $4.30 bill Motion duly seconded that the City pay the Cannery light bill and other small monthly bills until further action by council. Motion and second that C. C. Cclem= be allowed $10.00 on his city taxes for his assrest of three boys who stoled some of the Sewer disposal plant equipment. The total amount of the coot of goods stolen amounted to $34.14. This is to be paid back to the city by October ist, 1935, The boys implicated being Joe Leslie, PiLkney Dobkins and one of Y.A. Cummings boys. The delinquent water consumers were referred to the Water Com- mittee for action. The opening of a ditch on the Fort Worth Highway was referred to the Street and Alley Committee.
